29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): A.) Carlos Salmeron dba Carlos Salmeron, 720 Lincoln Avenue, Erie, PA 16505, upper roof, on or about April 22, 2019: Employee were performing roofing activities that included, but were not limited to, shingle removal and installation. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 18-feet to the ground and 8.3-feet to a lower roof. The employees were not using an acceptable means or method of fall protection. B.) Carlos Salmeron dba Carlos Salmeron, 720 Lincoln Avenue, Erie, PA 16505, lower roof, on or about April 22, 2019: Employee were performing roofing activities that included, but were not limited to, shingle removal and installation. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 9.2-feet to the ground. The employees were not using an acceptable means or method of fall protection.
