29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: a) Small building behind 1250 Simon Blvd, Easton, PA: On or about April 18, 2019, employees were working on a low slope roof approximately 11 ft above grade level and the least dimension of the building was less than 50 ft. Employees were not using any means of fall protection or a safety monitor.
