29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iii): The contract employer did not document that each contract employee has received and understood the training required by this paragraph:  On or about November 23, 2018, packing house building of at 6000 Duda Road, Belle Glade, FL, the employer did not document the training completed by an employee who operates an ammonia refrigeration system that processes over 10,000 pounds of anhydrous ammonia.
