29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): 1926.200(g)(2)  The design and use of all traffic devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part 6 of the MUTCD (incorporated by reference, see 1926.6):     (a)    On or about March 29th, 2019, west bound traffic on interstate 94, at approximate mile marker 284, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard from vehicle traffic while repairing a guardrail systems. The taper used to close the left lane did not comply with Section 6C.05 and Section 6C.08 of the MUTCD.    (b)    On or about March 29th, 2019, west bound traffic on interstate 94, at approximate mile marker 284, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from vehicle traffic and a mobile arrow board sign while repairing a guardrail systems. The placement of directional arrow board did not comply with Section 6F.61 of the MUTCD.     (c)     On or about March 29th, 2019, west bound traffic on interstate 94, at approximate mile marker 284, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard from vehicle traffic while repairing a guardrail systems. There was a missing  W4-2 Lane Ends sign missing on the right side of the interstate, which did not comply Section 6C.05 of the MUTCD.
