29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: On or about 4/23/2019, at rear of the site located at 5488 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Chamblee, GA: Several of the reinforced steel rebar used to form and prep the concrete block foundation was not guarded to prevent employees from being exposed to an impalement hazard.
