OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by hazard:  a) On or before 4/18/2019, On the tracks:  Employees were operating an orange colored Track Mobile.  The Track Mobile was being operated with deficiencies such as, but not limited to damaged brake calipers, crimped brake lines, kinked air line, inoperable seat belt, and a missing rail sweep.   This condition could result in the Track Mobile colliding with other cars and the Track Mobile operator receiving fractures.    Abatement certification is required for this item.
