29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) At the production facility: On or about 4/24/2019, an employee was attempting to increase the PH level in the water runoff system, by adding a corrosive material (caustic soda). The employee was splashed with the caustic soda in the eyes and face and the employer does not have suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the immediate work area.
