Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

CMV Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 B 13 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1232733, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/29/17, with respect to a workplace located at 74 Running Hill Rd., Portland, ME.
