29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 17, 2019 at the worksite located at 4553 Banshire Circle in Oakwood GA: a) Employees installing roof trusses were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet, when the employer failed to ensure that the employees were properly protected from fall hazards with the appropriate means. b) Employees preforming cutting duties were exposed to fall hazards when the employer failed to install a guard rail system, in the wall openings on the second floor of a new residential structure.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: On or about April 17, 2019 at the workplace located at 4553 Banshire Circle in the city of Oakwood an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet, where the employee was utilizing a stepladder to reach the area were trusses were being installed. The employee had to stand on the top step of the ladder to reach the area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
