29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:    On the First Floor of The Mansion at 55 Lee Road, Lenox, MA:  On and before April 24, 2019, the employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead.  Particulates containing 5.29% lead were found accumulated along the baseboard in a room where employees had performed painting and related activities.
