29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 4/25/2019 at 5776 Maple Bluff Way, Lot 253, Del Webb at Chateau Elan subdivision, Braselton, GA where workers were observed performing framing operations from the second floor exposed to 10-foot fall hazards to the concrete level below where no fall protection was in use.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): a ladder(s) was not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more:  On or about 4/25/2019 at 5776 Maple Bluff Way, Lot 253, Del Webb at Chateau Elan subdivision, Braselton, GA where workers were observed performing framing operations from the second floor exposed to 10-foot fall hazards to the concrete level below where no ladder was in use. Workers were scaling the framework.
