Employees were involved with handling gasoline and caulking.  Employees were exposed to chemical and respiratory hazards. The employees were accessing the roof to perform roofing work, and the ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the surface being accessed nor was the ladder secured to a rigid support. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from approximately 20 feet.
