29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:    (a) Lucas Roofing at 107 54th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634: On or before 04/19/19, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work on a residential property. Employees were performing roofing work on a residential roof measured at a 5:12 pitch without the use of fall protection . This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
