29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Billings Chamber of Commerce, 815 S. 27th Street: On or about October 19, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from approximately 11 feet to 22 feet to the ground below while performing tear off operations on a 4/12 pitch roof without fall protection.
