Employees engaged in the manufacture of specialized tubing parts used chemicals that included, but were not limited to, acetone, WD-40, and commercial lubricants on a daily basis to clean and lubricate parts and equipment and were not provided effective training on the hazards of those chemicals.    Violation occurred on or about April 24, 2019
