29 CFR 1926.404(c)(1)(ii)(A): Open conductors for branch circuit, feeder, and service conductors rated 600 volts, nominal, or less and run outdoors did not conform to the minimum clearance of 10 feet above finished grade, sidewalks, or from any platform: a) On or about April 26, 2019, employees were exposed to electrical hazards where a power line service drop/conductor rated at 120/240 volts was located between 8'6" and 8'11" above finished grade. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
