29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 4/26/2019, at Weston Regional Park, 20200 Saddle Club Rd, Weston, FL 33326, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 26 feet, while working from an aerial lift (i.e. Genie S-60X, Serial #S60X14A-29232) without the means of fall protection.
