29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(2): Each employer whose employees are exposed to MC shall perform initial exposure monitoring to determine each affected employee's exposure: At a facility located at 2318 Waldo Boulevard, Manitowoc, WI 54220; the employer did not perform initial exposure monitoring to determine employees' exposure to methylene chloride when employees used Strip-It Paint and Varnish Remove, which contained methylene chloride, to remove remnants of adhesives from machine parts and floors.
