29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 23, 3019, the employer failed to provide fall protection to employees exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet 9.5 inches when they were engaged in residential construction activities including, but not limited to, installing siding. Premier Concepts and Design LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1324550, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on July 22, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4211 Ivory Rose, Medina, Ohio 44256.
