29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a). At the worksite - On or about April 26, 2019, employees worked from the rafters and top plates of a residential structure without the use of a fall protection system, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 19 feet. MIR Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1338963, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 161 Red Maple Lane, Lot # 60 Belmont Glen, Guyton, GA 31312. MIR Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1339936, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on November 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 530 Waybridge Way, Lot # 136, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
