On or about April 26, 2019 at Prescott Point Subdivision, 228 Prescott Circle, Lot 48, Canton, Georgia: An employee passing wood framing material to an employee on the upper level was not wearing a hard hat to protect him from falling debris. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
