(a) Excavation located at 200 Hanover Park Road, Sandy Springs, GA: On or about 04/20/2019, and at times prior, The employer exposed employees to engulfment/entrapment hazards while performing work in an excavation which was 5-feet, 10-inches deep, in that a cave-in protection system was not provided to an employee using a vibrating BOMAG Compactor.
