29 CFR 1926.150(a)(3): Firefighting equipment, provided by the employer, was not conspicuously located: a) On or about 04/26/19, during the renovation project at 3675 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, fire fighting equipment including fire extinguishers were not available where flammable liquids such as; Tru-Fuel 50:1 mix was stored in an area where ignition sources power tools and electrical circuits were in use and where combustible materials (wood scraps and cardboard packaging) were present. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers. a) On or about 04/26/19, during the renovation project at 3671 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, employees were exposed to tripping or falling into an uncovered hole at the entrance to the building. The hole was 24 inches wide, 5 inches deep and was open along the entire front of the building (approximately 50 feet). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
