29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid:  (a) Residential Home, Saint Albans: On April 30, 2019 and times prior, employees were performing roofing work on a residential home that was not in close proximity to emergency services and there was no one on site that had a valid certificate in first-aid training.
