BAC Roofing & Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection 1218135, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/22/2017, with respect to a workplace at Bagy Wrinkle Cove, Warren, RI 02885.
