29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): 29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment. On or about April 29, 2019, and at time prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while excavating using a Komatsu 50253 and not maintaining a minimum distance of 10 feet clearance from power lines.
