29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:       (a) On or about April 23, 2019, and at times prior, Century Communities, Inc., did not ensure subcontractors working at 17856 Lakeside Drive and 17872 Lakeside Drive in Monument, CO, were protected from injuries by conducting frequent and regular inspections to identify and correct fall hazards during framing construction.        The Century Communities, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256220, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 255 Broadmoor Drive, Braselton, GA.       The Century Communities, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1257825, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/15/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Shellback Drive in Broadmoor subdivision, Braselton, GA.       The Century Communities, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110726, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/26/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7390 L. Logan St, Littleton, CO.       The Century Communities, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1135237, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/13/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Shellback Drive in the Hickory Hills subdivision in McDonough, GA.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       (a) On or about April 23, 2019, and at times prior, Century Communities, Inc., did not ensure that their subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards with a personal fall arrest system in the following instances:        (1) 17856 Lakeside Drive in Monument, CO, two employees exposed to a 10.3 foot fall hazard while conducting framing construction.       (2)  17872 Lakeside Drive in Monument, CO, three employees exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall while conducting framing and decking construction.        The Century Communities, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1250420, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/31/2017, with respect to a workplace located at the Sadris Falls subdivision in Buford, GA.       The Century Communities, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1133665, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/24/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3275 Riverwood Way, Castle Rock, CO 80109.       The Century Communities, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130370, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5953 S Olive Circle, Centennial, CO 80112.
