29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a. Site - On or about April 18, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while attempting to navigate the staircase utilize to access the second floor level, where handrails or stair railing was not provided on either side of the unprotected side or edge of the staircase.
