(b) On or about 5/7/2019 - West Side of Diesel Fuel & Bulk Oil Storage Area, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when not protected from falling approximately 40 inches from a 46.5 inch wide flight of stairs with 2 open sides and 5 risers that was not equipped with a stair rail system and handrails on both sides of the stairway. (c) On or about 5/7/2019 - Warehouse, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when not protected from falling approximately 4 feet from a 48 inch wide flight of stairs with 1 open side at the bottom 7 of the 15 risers that was not equipped with a stair rail system with handrail on the open side and one handrail on the enclosed side.
