29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. On or about April 29, 2019, the employer failed to ensure frequent and regular inspections were conducted to identify and eliminate hazards. Worker(s) were installing sheet metal roofing on the steel structure under construction and were not using fall protection, exposing workers to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
