Location:  a) At 275 Bleecker Street, New York, NY 10014    On or about 05/31/2019, an employee was working in the jobsite without personal protective equipment for feet, and was exposed to struck by or puncture hazards.

Location:  a) At 275 Bleecker Street, New York, NY 10014                                  On or about 05/31/2019, employees used a power strip to energize electrical equipment and lighting. The power strip was not listed to be use in a construction work environment.
