29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about May 2, 2019, during the installation of roofing material on a residential apartment complex located at 1846 Lincoln Way East, Massillon, Ohio 44646, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards and struck by hazards (employees working directly under roofing work) from working surfaces of varying heights approximately 8.1 feet.
