29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  a) At the facility, on or about April 30, 2019:  the employer did not ensure the safety data sheet was readily accessible to employees in their work areas when employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals in a wall coating, Sherwin Williams OPEX Black Gloss Lacquer, applied to an interior wall.

29 CFR 1910.38(e): The employer did not designate and train employees to assist in a safe and orderly evacuation of other employees.  At the facility, on or about April 28, 2019, employees were directed to evacuate due to a fire on the outside of the building and the fire alarm going off, and the employer had not designated and trained employees to assist others in evacuation, including evacuation route, muster points and ability to account for all employees.
