29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On or about April 30, 2019 - 660 Industrial Blvd., Albertville, AL, employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards when employees walk and work on a platform next to a chains/sprockets that transport boards and drive a screw that moves boards. Southern Parallel Forest Products Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088769, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 660 Industrial Blvd., Albertville, AL 35950.
