Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.     On or about May 3, 2019, employees performing roofing operations were not protected from a fall, exposing the employees to a fall of over 16 feet.       Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
