Where the drive extends over other machine or working areas, protection against falling shall be provided. This subparagraph does not apply to manually operated sprockets.    a) On April 29, 2019 while attending the conveyer line C.A.B.#3 for the furnace, guarding on the conveyer line chain and sprocket drive,  44 inches from the floor was not enclosed; in that the attached guarding had an opening allowing the operators finger(s) to enter pinch point hazards.
