29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. This violation was observed on or about May 1, 2019, at the inside the south side loading dock unsecured material was stacked on an upended couch exposing employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. This violation was observed on or about May 1, 2019, in the store, where employees were expected to clean up muriatic acid spills, there was not an eyewash station within the work area exposing employees to the hazards of corrosive chemicals.
