On or about May 6, 2019, two employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than thirteen feet above lower level while framing a residential house on the second floor.    Instance A - an employee was walking/working on top of second floor walls at a height greater than sixteen feet with no fall protection system.    Instance B - an employee was working/walking on second floor porch that had no railings at a height greater than thirteen feet above lower level with no fall protection system.     NL General Construction Corp, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1149069, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Bridge Street, Billerica, MA.
