Employees were performing roofing activities with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on or about 05/07/19.

Woodward Preserve Subdivision, 895 Laura Jean Court, Lot #20A, Buford, GA - Employee were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet to ground below, while performing roofing work such as, installing roof shingles on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection, on or about 05/07/19.
