29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): General. Each employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this section shall determine the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). This determination shall be made in accordance with either paragraph (d)(2) or paragraph (d)(3) of this section. The employer did not determine employees' 8-hour time-weighted average exposure to chromium (VI) while grinding on grey iron containing hexavalent chromium (carcinogen).

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers shall obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were made available to employees in that the safety data sheets were not in the designated location on the work floor and employees did not know where the safety data sheets were located.
