Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a)  On May 6, 2019 at 200 Waldo Blvd. in Manitowoc, employees who were setting trusses were working from truss members at nine feet and greater above the third floor surface without utilizing fall protection equipment.  b)  On May 6, 2019 at 200 Waldo Blvd. in Manitowoc, employees who were setting trusses were walking to the exterior wall top plate thirty feet above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment.
