29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Jobsite: On or about May 2, 2019, two employees were working on a roof and they were not protected from falling. The fall hazard ranged from about 10 to 12 feet to the ground. The pitch of the roof was 3 in 12.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee: (a) Jobsite: On or about May 2, 2019, the employer needs to retrain each employee on when to use fall protection when working from a roof.
