29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer shall ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator is fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter. On May 7, 2019, NASNI BEQ building 779: employees were mixing Versa Bond mortar and CEG-Lite grout for installing tile and cutting cement wearing a 3M 8210 N95 negative pressure respirator which differed from employees last respirator fit-test which used HDX N95 (TC-84A-5411) negative pressure respirator. Employees were exposed to inhalation hazards.

Employees were exposed to inhalation hazards.
