29 CFR 1926.452(m)(1): Crawling boards did not extend from the roof peak to the eaves when used in connection with roof construction, repair, or maintenance: (a) 104 Kingsboro Ave, Gloversville, NY - On or about May 19, 2019, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet. Employee was utilizing a ladder (chicken ladder) on a roof surface while conducting roofing on a residential home. The ladder did not reach from the peak to the eaves.
