29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    Maintenance Shop:  On or about May 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto, where hazardous chemicals such as Gunk Air Brake System Anti-Freeze and Rust Guard, CRC Electric Parts Cleaner, and Mac's Premium Starter Fluid were used in the workplace, the employer had not developed, implemented, or maintained a written hazard communication program.  This condition limited employee information regarding chemical use in the workplace.
