29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 2995 University Avenue, Morgantown, WV: On May 7, 2019, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet from the roof eave to the ground below while removing shingles on a two story commercial roof with a slope of 6:12.
