On 3/26/2019, Employees of AJF Construction, Inc. were performing roofing work on a residential building located at 2351 Amber Court, Lake St. Louis, MO. Employees working on the roof were using a ladder to access the roof which was not extended three feet beyond the landing or edge of the roof.
