29 CFR 1910.23(b)(9): (9) Ladders were not inspected before initial use in each work shift, and more frequently as necessary, to identify any visible defects that could cause employee injury. Site: Winston Building, 13th floor, Water Tank Storage Room On or about 5/9/19 a) Ladder used by employees was not inspected prior to use. An employee was injured when he fell while working from a fixed ladder in the water tank storage room. Employee was inspecting the lights in the water storage room.
