29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: Wilson Stream Bridge - In the following instances, moving parts of the Razorback Screed were not guarded, exposing employees to amputation and caught-in hazards: 1. The rollers that allow the screed to ride on the rails were not guarded, exposing employees to an amputation hazard. 2. The eccentric shaft was unguarded in several places along its length, exposing employees to caught in hazards.
