In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) Front Ground Level, Center Left - Eight four inch long anchor bolts were protruding out of an extended section of the structures concrete foundation. Workers were constructing wall frames on the level directly over the unguarded bolts exposed to impalement and puncture hazards, on or about 5/7/2019. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
